Weekly Transformation Week 23

This week was a bit different as my sister was in town visiting so I didn't do as much as I wanted. It also has been raining basically all weekend so that put us all in that "coma"...you know the one, where all you want to do is sleep, eat, read, and maybe get up to go to the bathroom if you really need to! It was nice but now the sun is TRYING to come out so time to get back to some goals. With the kids home for the summer, I am adding in a goal a week to get a "room" in the house clean and spotless. I am giving myself a week to get it done and hopefully keep it clean. Then the hope is to add another room to that the next week and be able to keep up with it all at the end. I do so great with it and then fall off and have to start all over again with the WHOLE house. Basically the only room that I really do keep up on is the bathroom. With a potty training boy, it has to be kept up on! Do you have any goals you are working on this week?

  • Daily Devotional 5x 
  • Track Food 7x
  • 3 Days Under Calories
  • Go To Gym 4x
  • Read 2 Books This Week
  • Take Kids To Splash Park 1x (since flooding/raining right now!)
  • Take Kids To Library
  • Don't Weigh Until Next Tuesday!
  • Clean Kitchen 

Personal Goals Last Week:

  • Write One Post A Day Missed Sunday
  • Daily Devotional 4x this week
  • Track Food 7x this week
  • 3 Days Under Calories this week Only 1 day.....
  • Go to gym 4x this week Went 2 times, hoping this week will work!
  • Read 2 books this week
  • Drink 64 oz of water a day
  • Take Kids to Splash Park 2x this week Only 1, its been busy then rain!
  • Take kids to library this week
  • Don't weigh until next Tuesday! 2 other times, BUT I used to weigh every day so this is a great start!
