Transformation Tuesday - New Beginnings

I have been slacking......A LOT. I have been trying to lose weight off and on but basically off. I have let it all slide. BUT I am to the point now that I just know I need to lose it. I have started Weight Watchers online. I don't have to go to any meetings, it's all online. I am hoping that I can get my eating under control. I have been doing WW for almost a week now and have lost about a pound. Very disappointing but a loss is a loss! We will see how this journey goes for me! I have the year subscription so I have to stick to it for a year. I am hoping to add exercise back in again. I try to be more active but during the summer can be a lot harder with it being 100 degrees outside! I did my first 5k in a LONG time. It took me 1:02:29.4 BUT I did it! Now to work on getting that time down for my next 5k in August.

This is truly my anthem song with my husband lately. There are many great love songs out there, but it seems Thompson Square has all my feelings put into songs for me already :) 

Song Stuck In My Head Today - Gonna Wanna Tonight by Chase Rice

Chase Rice is a great new country guy really shaking the scene! I love his songs and right now until January 31st his CD Ignite The Night is $5 MP3 download. My favorite song of his right now is Gonna Wanna Tonight and the video was just released this past week and I have lost count of how many times I have watched it. It's a great song with a great video. My comment on the video though, give the dog some food already!!!

I keep having to ask my geeky husband and he will tell me "Well in this comic book.....but in that comic series....." Love him! What do you think of the new trailer? I get songs stuck in my head all the time. I am a music junkie so of course that will happen! So, I decided I'm going to share the song stuck in my head for the day every day (that I can remember to!) Today's song is Thinking Out Loud. This song is just amazing. It speaks from the heart and a great love song if you want to label it that. Then to watch the video for it is just the icing on the cake!
