Friday - Beef Enchiladas
Saturday - Southwest Soup
Sunday - Ham and Bean Soup
Yes, lots of soup this week! We are supposed to be getting 7-10" or more with the first snow storm. They haven't even mentioned yet how much they expect with the one 2 days after that! I have a feeling we will be doing soup in crock pot most the week and cuddling in blankets!
