Break!

Sorry all (about the 10 that actually read this!) I let life get busy and this is one of the things I gave up to let life get me! BUT I am back and hopefully next time I take a break like that I will let you all know! Part of that break was me down in New Orleans for a conference, man what a trip! Hopefully I will get all caught up this week and by next Monday, I will have a freezer meal recipe for you too!
